How Thoughts Change Your Condition
Conditions are thoughts made. Change your thoughts and you will change your condition. Thoughts create associations to past and future experiences that are not real, and only become real because of you. How many times have you wasted so much energy in a thought and it didn't happen, putting yourself and your body through so much stress?
When you allow the thoughts to take control, it is like getting stuck in quick sand. Stop your thoughts and take control. Scream out "Stop" bring yourself into the present. Become an outsider watching a movie of yourself stressing, and watch how silly it is. Once you start this the world becomes at your command. Let go of your past by thanking it for the experience and wisdom it brought to you. Quit your self pity, blaming others, and saying you are the victim of circumstance. Stop whining and begin singing then your feet and begin dancing, and your world will change before you, from the inside out, Look away from yourself.
