About the Hypnosis Session

This deep, empowering hypnotic process allows the listener to traverse many different levels of trance throughout the course of the recording. Giovanni will guide you, at each level, as you begin the process of unlocking the various elements within your conscious, subconscious, and unconscious minds. This process enables you to deepen your connection to the internal world and, in due course, ultimately develop a sense of connectedness to the external world - universal energy. The more you listen to this recording, the more you will experience these profound changes as they occur within you. Listening each night for 6 to 8 weeks will bring the greatest benefits and before long a new sense of self will emerge alongside the realisation of an innate ability to achieve levels that never before seemed possible to you in this lifetime.

Achieve Very Deep Levels of Hypnotic Trance

This program is slightly different to Giovanni's other recordings. For example, the background binaural beats progress utilise a much wider frequency spectrum starting at 6Hz Theta level and progressing in a linear fashion down to 2Hz Delta. For those of you unfamiliar with states of consciousness and brainwave activity please read this article about brainwaves here. Also, Giovanni uses multiple deepeners (a hypnotic technique that allows the listener to achieve deeper trance states more quickly and effectively). This means that this particular session will allow you to go much more deeply into trance than other recordings. Another key feature of this recording is the use of extended vocal pauses at key locations during the session. These gaps allow you the freedom to explore your experience while keeping you in the trance state.
