Terms & Conditions of all Purchases from www.giovannilordi.com.au
To keep things simple, we have listed our terms and conditions in short bullet points below:
- No refunds or returns, unless your goods arrive damaged, where we will send you a replacement copy/s at no additional charge. You are required to post back the damaged goods to us before we send the replacements (address below).
- If you do not receive your order, simply call us on +61 7 3358 4989 or email us here and we will track it or send it again for you. In such a case you will be required to return any subsequent deliveries for the same order.
- If you are not happy with your product, we may allow a 'return' for another product of equal or less value, but this is at the discretion of Resonanz
- Any CDs, MP3s, DVDs, EBooks or other recorded mediums purchased from this website are subject to the copyright and piracy acts and you ARE NOT permitted to share or copy these recordings without prior permission. This does not include copying a CD to an MP3 format for personal use only, or copying an MP3 to a CD for personal use.
