Do you tend to focus on the negative rather than the positive? Do you lack motivated action towards something because you think 'Oh it's never going to happen...'? Are your thoughts dragging you down? If any of these apply to you I highly recommend giving this program a go. I made it as a way to address negative thinking both consciously & subconsciously, replacing this with positive thoughts and optimism towards everything you do or think about doing! (within logical reason) It uses a unique day/night approach...
On these tracks I use positive statements through affirmation to help reshape your thoughts to look on the bright side rather than the negative. Used repeatedly over time this forms new conscious patterns to always think more positively. Sounds simple in essence, but using this everyday over extended periods you should notice a very significant difference. In fact I have found it becomes very hard to even consider negative contexts at all. This part of the program is broken into two affirmation tracks - 1 is short and one is long. The short version you can use first thing of a morning when you wake up to start your day on the right track. The long version you can use on repeat throughout certain parts of the day. It is absolutely fine to listen to these while you are driving or doing anything else where you would not normally use my hypnosis sessions.
This is a 40 minute long track containing subliminal messages for positive thinking embedded underneath relaxing binaural beat music. Obviously it is designed to be listened to just before and whilst you sleep. The affirmations are recorded at a subliminal level under the music so that your subconscious picks up on these but consciously you do not hear them. This reinforces the changes we are trying to make here on a deeper level of thought and is very effective! The binaural beats will help entrain your mind into a deep Theta/Delta sleep state where the subliminals are more actively absorbed by the subconscious parts of your mind. Listening to this over time will really put these new process of thinking positively and focusing on the bright side of things more and more.
The best way to use the short affirmation track is first thing when you wake up of the morning. It is even better to listen to this while you are looking at yourself in the mirror. I know it sounds strange but doing this really helps you take ownership of the words and apply it your day. For the extended affirmation track I recommend using this on repeat for sections of your day at work, at home or when you are out. It is all about repetition so the more you use it the more you will apply the statements to your way of thinking. The sleep music track is pretty self explanatory - just play this before and whilst you go to sleep. A good thing to do is spend a minute before you sleep trying to picture your end goal of being positive and happy and then go to sleep. This will keep this thought at the forefront of your mind which then gives the subconscious direction to what it is trying to achieve.
