Essentially this happens once the subconscious and conscious parts of your mindset are united as one for the greater good. Doing this you will be able to separate reality from fiction when it comes to society's expectations, the role of certain people in your life, and generally not being weighed down with emotional burden. A big part of this is detaching past negative associations and patterns, replacing these with a more positive directions for your own future.
