This not only saves you money, but more importantly you will also gain the benefits from working on all the different elements required to properly create or maintain better relationships by using these sessions together. This is important because so often with the different issues we experience it is not always as simple as addressing one particular element. Often for any type of self-change we need to look at the bigger picture as a process of identifying and fixing many different things at the same time. Instructions for Use

If you are looking at doing the full course (not just using a few sessions) here is the best way to approach this. For additional general instructions please refer to my Hypnosis Instructions Page.

• Choose the first 3 subjects/titles you would like to work on first
• Use these each day for 6 days a week for 8 weeks
• Repeat this process for the remaining 2 titles
• After the 16 weeks you can use any of the titles if you feel need a bit more work in a specific area

Also remember that spiritual/consciousness based work takes time - it is not an overnight thing. You may need to keep working on it for extended periods of time to accomplish your own specific goals for using this pack. Never feel that you have failed if it does not happen straight away - keep at it over time as you will continue to evolve the further you get into it.
